Drafting
Home building, remodeling, or adding a deck, you will need a permit for that. Those rule abiding folks down at the permit office may compliment your seldom used sketching skills but would rather have a well-drawn and dimensioned set of plans that are not only readable but don't include the plumber's phone jotted in the bottom left-hand corner.
We can take your visions, collaborations and finishes, put them on paper in a CAD drawing that can be taken right to the permit office. Changes to existing plans are no problem.
Drafting Rates:
Outbuildings, garages and sheds (buildings of various sizes with no mechanical system) $1.50 Sq Ft. Give us a call to discuss your project. Whether you are looking to add a barn to blend in with your property or a shed that is outfitted for lounging on the inside we can design your ideal backyard building.
Houses up to 1500 Sq. Ft. $2.25 (with standard HVAC systems $2.75 Sq. Ft.) Includes floor plan, elevations, sections views, roofing plan, foundation, Trim, window, door schedules, Lighting plan, Plumbing and Heating & Air plan optimized for smaller houses.
Porches, Decks, Balconies, Patios, Terraces and Gazebos $2.00 Sq. Ft.

Consulations
Are you looking to build your own small house or tackle your own remodel but need just a little advice? Maybe just have someone with know-how to look over your shoulder when you take on that one tricky project. Do you wish someone with some experience would help you fill out your COA paperwork or help you present your case to the Historic Preservation Committee? We offer consultation services with hourly rates for pick and choose projects or troubleshooting to full guidance for your small building, remodel or historic project. Contact us to find out more.

Recommended when you have more questions and less time. Shoot off an email to brainstorm ideas, code questions and to share design pictures. While we are not general contractors we do have remodel, small house building and residential design experience. Our packages are geared to give you a place to bounce ideas, get code advice, ask installation questions as well as get design help for planning your small home or remodel. This option is best when you just need to show someone and get their advice on a new project you are brainstorming, need some advice on which foundation to use or if you are just doing this installation correctly?
